I've been accused of intending to go for Friday's ladies soccer IVP match largely because of my innate desire to coach/help/show my expertise. That's totally wrong. I'm going because i have a duty to fulfil as the sorry vice-president of my club. It doesn't matter that my president or anyone else in my club sees this or follows suit. I'm just gonna do the right diplomatic thing.

And, i owe these gals a big favour for consistently coming down the last 2 fruitless years and cheering my team and I on at almost every single one of our IVP matches. So, beyond being a diplomatic gesture, I think it's something that i have told myself to do should they ever be in the same situation and in an IVP. It may ultimately be a frustrating waste of time watching disjointed football but i think its really the right thing to do and i hope my team mates follow suit.

Anyway, Man U won a titanic tussle last night with Arsenal 4-2 on Arsenal's home ground. yayy, finally something to cheer about this season.
